Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data CareNear collects through carenear.ai, partners.carenear.ai and the private demo at demo.carenear.ai, why, and what you can do about it. CareNear is operated by Smart Varex Technologies FZCO, IFZA Free Zone, Dubai, UAE ("we"), which is responsible for the personal data described here.

This website (carenear.ai)

The public website does not use advertising trackers or cookies. If you use our forms ("Claim my free listing", "Request the investor deck" or "Send us a message"), we receive the details you enter: your name, role, organisation, contact details, the options you tick and your message, together with the page you sent it from. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. We use this only to reply to you and follow up on your request.

Visit statistics (carenear.ai)

To understand how the website is used, we count page views and clicks on its main buttons (for example opening a form, playing a film or following the link to the partner sign-up). For each of these we record the page, the button, the date and time, the country we derive from your network address, the type of device (mobile, tablet or desktop) and the website you came from, if any.

We do not use cookies or store anything in your browser for this. To count visitors without identifying them, the website turns your network address and browser details into a short random-looking code that changes every day; your network address itself is not stored. We cannot use this to identify you or to follow you across days or other websites. Automated traffic (search engines, link previews) is not counted. We keep these statistics for up to 13 months.

Partner sign-up (partners.carenear.ai)

When a pharmacy or store signs our partner Letter of Intent, we collect the business and contact details entered in the form, the signature and the licence copy it uploads. How we use and keep them is set out in the Letter of Intent itself (Part A, clause 6).

The private demo (demo.carenear.ai)

The demo is available by invitation only. When you sign in we process:

Cookies

carenear.ai and partners.carenear.ai do not set cookies. The private demo (demo.carenear.ai) and our team's admin portal set only strictly necessary cookies: one that keeps a signed-in person signed in (up to 30 days) and, for the admin portal, one that holds the team member's Google access in encrypted form. They are removed when you sign out. We do not use advertising, tracking or third-party analytics cookies, so there is nothing to opt in to. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your network address to deliver them.

Sharing and storage

We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising. We share it only with service providers that run the service for us (hosting, Google Workspace and the AI provider) and only as needed to operate it, or where the law requires. Form entries, emails and visit statistics are stored in Google Workspace, which may keep data on servers outside the UAE. The websites are hosted by Vercel.

Retention

Sign-in data lives in your session cookie and expires with it. Form entries and emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship, and deleted within 12 months if no relationship follows.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your access to the demo at any time.
